Elias Canetti (født 25. juli 1905 i Ruse i Bulgaria, død 14. august 1994 i Zürich i Sveits) var en tyskspråklig, bulgarskfødt, sefardisk-jødisk forfatter, og mottaker av Nobelprisen i litteratur for 1981.
